About the event
A 90-minute immersive experience designed to bring you back to yourself.
Upon arrival you will receive a customized and intuitively prepared oracle card message curated specifically for the event.
After settling in a gentle gratitude-based body scan meditation will be offered to soften tension and reconnect with the body's quiet wisdom.
A brief break will be given to journal or rest.
After the break the sound bath will begin. This time will be designed to support deep nervous system relaxation and release.
Lastly there will be a period of time where the circle can share what came up during the session and allow for integration.
